QEC Conducts Awareness Session on PREE Guidelines
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of Qarshi University conducted an awareness session on the Programme Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) Guidelines on 23 April 2026. The session was chaired by the Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) and attended by Deans, Chairpersons, and faculty members from various academic departments.
The session aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the PREE framework, highlighting its role in strengthening programme quality through systematic review, evidence-based evaluation, and continuous improvement. Participants were briefed on the objectives of PREE, key implementation procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices for conducting comprehensive programme reviews in alignment with national quality assurance standards.
The Director, QEC emphasized that effective implementation of the PREE framework is instrumental in fostering academic excellence, ensuring outcome-based education, and supporting institutional quality enhancement initiatives.
The event concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which participants discussed practical aspects of implementing the PREE process within their respective programmes. The session reaffirmed Qarshi University’s commitment to cultivating a robust quality assurance culture and advancing continuous academic excellence through systematic programme evaluation and enhancement.
